The Adapta ToolÔ is warranted against defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase.
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty
period, Unique ToolsÔ, at its discretion, will
repair or replace the defective tool when the defective tool is returned
to Unique ToolsÔ by the owner.
The remedy for this breech of warranty is limited to repair or
replacement only and shall not cover any other damages, including but
not limited to loss of profit, special, incidental, consequential and/or
other similar claims. The nylon pouch, the insert bits and the sockets
are excluded from this warranty. If it becomes necessary to send a
defective Adapta ToolÔ
for repair or replacement, please call Unique ToolsÔ
at (818) 993-6464 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA
number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton;
units without an RA number will be returned to the sender. Please
include your name, address, telephone number, complete description of
the problem and a copy of the sales receipt or other proof of purchase. Unique ToolsÔ will
not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during
shipping. Please ship the
Adapta ToolÔ
in a sturdy box, fully insured with the shipping charges prepaid. Please direct
